Apart from the Quality Standards, our Quality Assurance Department (QAD) not assures checking and controlling the quality but also satisfying the Customers in all respects with regard to their requirements. We have a State-of-the-Art fully advanced and integrated Quality Control Laboratory (where all the equipments are calibrated and validated periodically and include equipments like GC, HPLC, NMR, GCMS, PARTICLE SIZE ANALYZER, UV

SPECTROPHOTOMETER, INFRA RED SPECTROPHOTMETER, FTIR, ELEMENTAL ANALYSIS BY AAS.

Quality Control is affected in two stages - One before the goods leave the factory and thereafter at the shipping point.

The analysis is carried out for Raw Materils, Intermediates and Reactions and also on the final product. The Quality Control Laboratory(QCL) is build to provide fully detailed test not only in compliance with BP/USP/EP/JP but also other standards, if required by our Customers. Highly skilled staffs of more than 20 Chemists are available for validation, analysis and documentation.

Stringent standards are applied to packing as well with drums and packages sealed after being approved and further checked by a Central Laboratory for quality and packing. Thereafter detailed documentations like Certificate of Analysis, Method of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet, BSE-TSE etc also made available.
