Our production facilities also include PILOT PLANT where several reactions are taken up on trial basis ranging from 10 kgs to 100 kgs. In fact, on an average, we scale up approximately 20 – 30 new products every year on the PILOT PLANT and subsequently the Commercial Production begins.

Besides this, we also use PILOT PLANTS for constant improvisation of a particular process and to carry out various trials for the purpose of “ADDING VALUE TO BASIC CHEMISTRY”.

The Our Production Facilities undergo constant updating so as to fulfill the manufacturing quality standards of the FDA. Our facilities have also been approved by many of our Customers including Multinational Companies. Our endeavour and focus has been in the BASIC BACKWARD INTEGRATION by producing the intermediates or raw materials from the basic stage.
